Acupuncture

Acupuncture is an ancient form of Chinese medicine involving the insertion of hair-thin acupuncture needles into the skin at specific points on the body to achieve a therapeutic effect. No drug is injected. No side-effects. Acupuncture is a safe and effective method to encourage natural healing, enhance mood and energy, reduce or relieve pain and suffering, improve function of affected areas of the body, restore balance of the body's vital energy which promotes health.

Herbal Therapy (Traditional Chinese Medicine)

Herbal therapy, next to dietary therapy, is perhaps the most widely used Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) treatment modality. TCM relies on herbal therapies both for the treatment of illness and in the optimization of health and prevention of disease.

There are 5,767 medicinal substances currently in use, including plant, animal, and mineral substances.

Moxibustion

Moxibustion is a traditional Chinese medicine therapy which consists of burning dried mugwort (moxa) on particular points on the body. It plays an important role in the traditional medical systems of China (including Tibet), Japan, Korea, Vietnam, and Mongolia. Suppliers usually age the mugwort and grind it up to a fluff; practitioners burn the fluff or process it further into a cigar-shaped stick. They can use it indirectly, with acupuncture needles, or burn it on the patient's skin.

Cupping Therapy

Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. People get it for many purposes, including to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage.
